• All advertising material is subject to approval by La Rumba Productions, we reserve the right to reject or cancel any advertisement considered to be unsuitable for any reason.
• The advertiser and/or associated companies/agencies acknowledge that they own the rights and permissions to publish material submitted on the Internet. All entities in joint agreement are to assure and keep harmless La Rumba Productions against all damage, loss, expense and liability of any nature arising from our use of the content submitted by advertisers on the Internet.
• Fees paid for advertising are non-refundable unless the advertisement is cancelled prior to the initial post of the advertising campaign, which is determined by first published advertisement on the internet.
• New or renewed contracts are affected by rates change. Rates (fees) are subject to change without prior notice.
• All advertisements are placed within the website according to rules dictated by La Rumba Productions.
• La Rumba Productions assumes no liability for errors in materials. All attempts will be made to correct any errors that may appear.
• La Rumba Productions reserves the right to refuse or postpone the display of submitted advertising content until all monies have been received in full and advertising space becomes available. This also includes the clearing of bank checks.  
• La Rumba Productions is not liable for delays in publishing or failure to publish submitted Material in the event of circumstances beyond the control of La Rumba Productions. La Rumba Productions is not bound to comply with advertiser instructions if they conflict with established policies.
• These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.

Recognition and acceptance of these terms and conditions is implied upon the receipt of submitted advertising material and/or monies by La Rumba Productions from the advertiser and/or associated companies or agencies.
